poor cleanliness

i almost thought about giving this hotel a good review until i encountered broken glass at the entrance and the most horrid breakfast you can imagine, watery eggs, absolutely disgusting! i also requested a complimentary upgrade since my stay was miserable, but clearly, that was too much to ask. they really must think all guests are invisible.

Parking was not just expensive but also tricky to navigate, leading to frustrations upon arrival. the heating seemed a bit unpredictable, and I encountered issues with the WiFi cutting out frequently during my stay.
